Consent to referral
You provide written consent for GEM to share your contact details and relevant information with the selected referral partner.

Onboarding by the referral partner
All onboarding, KYC verification, appropriateness assessments, suitability reviews, account opening, trading access, execution, pricing, custody, and disclosures are handled exclusively by the referral partner.

GEM is not involved in account approval decisions, execution, pricing, custody, or ongoing account administration.
Referral partner
GEM introduces eligible clients to independently regulated third-party financial services providers. Prior to referral, the client enters into a limited Introduction Agreement with GEM.
This agreement governs the referral process only and does not constitute a brokerage, custody, execution, or investment advisory agreement.

Following referral, the client will enter into a separate contractual agreement directly with the referral partner for regulated investment services.
Responsibility
